About Ruth
A native New Yorker, Ruth Okoye has been known to be direct, abrupt, and boisterous at times. Ruth is a perennial student currently writing her dissertation on “The Effect of Technology Resource Teachers”. Ruth plans to move in to a school administrator position on the completion of her doctoral studies.
